We are happy to offer free returns within 15 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact, and they should be returned in their original packaging as received. Vianne Jewels reserves the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions. In such cases, the items will be returned to the sender. Please note that items with special orders or customizations are not eligible for return.
If you receive any items that are faulty or defective, they should be returned in their original packaging. We will inspect such items and take the appropriate action to rectify the issue.
